a) Warehouse Supervisor # 01

Summary:

Assist Stores and Transportation Manager in effective utilization of manpower, equipment and warehouse facilities for the storing of company supplies to support all the company facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Direct the use of special material handling requirements for storage the items.
• Utilize allocated space requirements to accommodate storage needs as directed.
• Assist in maintaining an effective stock locater system to monitor dated products.
• Assist in maintenance of stock storage and rotation plan that ensures stock movement based on first-in-first-out methods with special attention to items requiring special handling such as perishable, etc.
• Schedule daily work as directed by the stores manager to facilitates movement of supplies in and out of the warehouse assuring effective utilization of warehouse personnel.
• Train employees and evaluate employees’ performance.
• Follow all Al-Watania relative policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

b) Material Director # 02

Summary:


Oversee SBU materials management implementation to ensure meeting financial and available targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Implement departmental policies and guidelines as set by the central materials management function.
• Manage raw materials and operational spares purchasing for the SBU, including:
1. Vendor qualification, negotiation and selection.
2. Getting quotations.
3. Order processing and inbound logistics.
4. Warehouse and inventory management (including regrinding and recycling if applicable).

• Manage finish goods, including
1. Warehouse management (if required).
2. Outbound logistics (including distribution strategy and plan, distribution center location and transportation).

c) Export sales Manager # 03

Summary:

Preparing, Managing and Executing the Marketing and Sales Strategy of International Sales Dept.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Manage and support International sales and marketing team
  2. Execute Al Watania strategy sales and marketing target
  3. Implement the strategy, activities and the requirement of Al Watania Plastic
  4. Prepare yearly International forecast
  5. Execute the forecast prepared by the management
  6. Generate monthly cost and price list for all the products
  7. Check on the raw material prices regularly
  8. Monitor market trends and competitors activities
  9. Check on profit statement
  10. Open new accounts and contract
  11. Search for new market and development
  12. Create and in-force future marketing plan
