Training activities in WFI |

Within the training plan of 2010G. the Training Department in WFI has Conducted several training courses during the last quarter of 2010. In Riyadh and Jeddah, in both Arabic and English language, the subject of these courses were as follows:
- Effective Performance management (on September 2010)
- Preparation of trainers of training the OJT programs (on September 2010)
- Ethics and work values (on October 2010)
- Occupational safety and fire Fighting. (on October 2010)
- Total Quality tools and KAIZEN methodology ( on November 2010)
- Problem Solving and decision making (on December 2010)
almost of this courses included , practical applications , training games , discussions and samples of problems from the reality of the actual work of the various participants, to maximize the direct benefit of such training courses to the performance of participating & their departments.
