Projects department of WFI operates under Supply Chain Management and responsible to provide quality and cost effective engineering & construction works, plant modification/engineering projects activities. The head of projects works jointly with civil and electro-mechanical project managers to handle the projects effectively and efficiently to avoid time and cost over runs.

The execution of projects is arranged through pre-qualified contracting and subcontracting firms under the supervision of MODON approved consultant engineers and following industrial city and local government rules and regulations.

The department also participates to prepare estimated budgets and conduct techno-commercial feasibilities studies for Change in Business and Market in coordination with business development departments of different manufacturing units.

The department ensures very strict implementation of Environmental, Safety and Fire regulations and full compliance with QHSE policies and procedures with main/primary contractors and subcontractors at all times.
