On April 3rd, 2018 International Cap (CAPEX) celebrate the achievement of full year with zero lost time incidents. This milestone takes an enormous amount of improvements, planning, safety programs, inspections/audits, orientations and trainings to bring all together. CAPEX has established programs in which it motivates members to improve their ESH Performance through monthly awarding of Best ESH Performer. Department members are encourage to compete with each other for achieving the award which develop their sense of responsibility and accountability creating a safe, healthy and environment-friendly workplace.
